Refund policy

There is no return only exchange policy is applicable on sales items as all items are on sales .Sale is valid from 01 jan 2026 to  march 31st 2026

Return is applicable on defected items only.

We have a 7-day exchange  policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

For exchange customer is responsible for sending our product at our given address via any courier service otherwise exchange is not applicable.

Return is only applicable on defected items not on liking or disliking the products in this case you can just avail exchange policy .

As we have already mentioned in the description of every product that this is a replica product and the changes will occur in products  so don’t argue regarding this that we don’t know .

To be eligible for a return or exchange , your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return or exchange you can contact us at given number on order slip .If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted. In both conditions return or exchange customer is responsible to send back our product via any courier this is customer responsibility not ours.

Note.if a customer insists for return a product we will deduct our delivery customer acquisition cost and Cod tax which is applicable by government of pakistan that is 750 rs per dress.
